50! Car was there for an entire week ,only to be told part would not be available until 4 months later. I had to ask for an update instead of being notified immediately! Very unprofessional!

My appointment was at 9 and I was told it wouldn't take very long. I left for two hours and my vehicle hadn't even been started. This isn't the first time this has happened. And then I'm given multiple excuses of why it hasn't been completed in a timely manner.

Hands down, Modesto Mazda was the best dealership we have done business with. Josue Lopez was our sales representative who sold us our beautiful Mazda CX5. Josue was friendly, very knowledgeable, and patiently worked with us while we came to our final decision. He even met with us the following day to review all the car’s features and sent us links for tech recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful person to have gone through the process with. We will definitely be back when it’s time for our next car.

This is one of the best dealership interactions that I have ever had! They were super accommodating on a short notice and I have a beautiful ride to show for it. Mary was really great at getting back to me about my Mazda 3 and Mr. Castro did a great job with all of the paperwork as he knew that I wanted to get out on the road. the dealership was very low pressure and had a great selection of vehicles. They worked with us as we needed to replace our car due to recent collision due to a driver making an illegal u-turn and totaled our car. We went back a couple times and decided on a great certified used Mazda and were very pleased with the staff and their willingness to work within our budget

My mother had a brand new miata delivered. It was scratched during transit. Dealer messed up the panel worse "fixing" it. Don't buy here.

My son and I went in there to shop for a new car. We met Josh Coon, great man, very patient. My son bought a used Mazda 6 and about a month later I bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5. Great experience with both Josh and the dealership. They heard and respected my concerns, what I wanted in a car and what I could afford.
